Interesting rant indeed.
But, aren't references to past immigrants a bit misleading? I see little old-style bigotry in attempting to secure our borders. It's not just that It is your misfortune to live in a era of computers.
It's sad that there are bigots out there, across the political spectrum, but that fact does not belie the clear and present danger inherent in porous borders.
Wouldn't it have been better said as 'it is your misfortune to live in a era of computers and terrorists?'
Just wondering.
